Coming from the team behind Diecast, Ramona and The Firehouse, you could say we know a thing or two about pizza. And being Manchester born and bred it was a no brainer as to where our very first Detroit Slims site should be!

Who wants a square slice when ya can GO LONG? Each Slim is baked to order in our signature 10″ rectangular pans and served fresh, hot and fast. Fluffy focaccia base, rich slow-cooked tomato sauce, and allll the toppings you could want.
